My favorite part of this place is to hear the white noise every time I open the windows. Hearing the waves definitely reduces mental fatigue and increases productivity. When I feel uneasy, I feel lucky to be able to escape to a place like this. This house is promising you to relax all year round. In the summer season, it offers you a nice summer vacation with its private pool and 5 min away beach, while in winter it will warm you up with its sea view, tranquility and fireplace.
Peaceful location in the middle of Şile and Ağva by location! During your stay, you can visit both resorts and participate in activities. The entire area of use of the villa will be yours during your rental period. There are 4 bedrooms, an en-suite bathroom and a shared bathroom on the top floor of the 3-story villa. The middle floor has a spacious lounge, a patio with a large sea view, kitchen and single bedroom. There is everything you need for cooking in the kitchen. If you want to barbecue, there is a stone barbecue on our patio and a Guruss brand BBQ grill that you can carry if you want to do BBQ by the pool. Downstairs there is billiards, mini bar, cinema room where you can have a pleasant time with your loved ones. It also has an indoor patio where you can exercise and meditate. From this floor you can open up to the garden and meditate outdoors.
There are spare linen and towels for our guests who want to stay for a long time. After each guest, the entire house is cleaned and all linens and towels are washed and ironed at high heat. There are grocery stores 3 minutes away from the house, you can get all your needs there. There is parking for 2 cars in the house. If you have more cars, you can park in the space that belongs to us in the front of the house.
Other things to note
If you are staying in the fall and winter season because natural stone is used on some floors of the house, I recommend that you take your thick socks with you. It will be comfortable for you if you bring something you can dress when you go out on the porch.
I kindly ask you to follow the safety steps as long as you use the fireplace. There is a fire extinguisher on each floor, please use it immediately in danger.
This house has an area where we worry about our children's guests. You need to carefully ensure the safety of your children within the fireplace areas.
Mr. Mustafa is a retired electric technician who is interested in garden and pool maintenance of the house. He will come and clean the garden and the pool every two days at your knowledge. In addition, when there is any technical glitch in the house, we are getting help from Mr. Mustafa.
