There are 3 bedrooms , a twin and a double bed, with the main bedroom having an ensuite bathroom. Be aware the 3rd bedroom is located by an entrance door at the side of the terrace .The open plan living leads to a good sized balcony/terrace that looks out to the swimming pool and westerly views towards the coast. The home is fully appointed so all you need are personal belongings.
In addition you can walk to the beach although we provide many free shuttles on call both to the beaches and into old Side. Plus within a few minutes walk are several popular restaurants and supermarkets and you can walk to the main street in Side in under 10 minutes.
The community is safe and secure, great for all ages and somewhere where parents can relax whilst children play in the children's playground.
