After passing through the main entrance gate, you will pass by our private greenhouse and vineyards and enter the house's entranceway as you get closer you will see the house behind our planted garden. On the garden floor of the house with a pool, there is a bedroom with an en suite bathroom, a large living room with an open plan kitchen with projection and sound system, a bathroom with a bathtub and a bedroom, and a laundry room.
On the second floor of the house, there is a living room with a high ceiling and fireplace, a dining table, a fully equipped closed kitchen, a TV room, and a master bedroom with an en suite bathroom, an entrance hall, and a separate toilet, as well as a 20-meter-long patio that you can open and close as you wish.
On the top floor are two en-suite bedrooms and a separate bedroom. A total of four bedrooms have their own bathrooms. The whole house has a VRF air conditioning system and a heat pump with underfloor heating. At the same time, all windows are equipped with automatic blinds.
