Tas Evi is a unique, beautifully refurbished 5 bedroom house on the Likya Estate. This exclusive well established private residential estate was developed in the mid 1980s and is one of Kalkans best loved neighbourhoods with its beautifully mature and well kept gardens. The property is perfectly located just 3 minutes walk from the town centre with its shops, restaurants and bars and just a short walk from the town beach and harbour where you can pick up water taxis to the numerous beach clubs.
Tas Evi has it’s own private pool with stunning views of the town and views across the bay to the islands. It also enjoys a shady garden to the rear where you can recline in a hammock for a cool afternoon snooze.
Tas Evi has 5 bedrooms; 3 doubles and 2 twin bedded rooms. All rooms have en-suite shower rooms and there are 2 additional wcs. The house has been modernized throughout and offers a large open plan living space with a beautiful kitchen and sitting room area with internet TV.
