Pembe Ev is a beautiful 5 bedroom house on the Likya Estate. This exclusive well established private residential estate was developed in the mid 1980’s and is one of Kalkan’s best loved neighbourhoods with its beautifully mature and well kept gardens. The property is perfectly located just 3 minutes walk from the town centre with its shops, restaurants and bars and just a short walk from the town beach and harbour where you can pick up water taxis to the numerous beach clubs. Pembe Ev has it’s own private pool and stunning views of the town and across the bay to the islands.
Pembe Ev has 5 bedrooms; 2 doubles and 3 twin bedded rooms all rooms have en-suite shower rooms and there are 2 additional wcs. The house has been modernized throughout and offers a large open plan contemporary living space with a beautiful kitchen, breakfast bar, dining room, sitting room area, separate TV area with flat screen TV and DVD player (no TV connection, just for DVD viewing). There is a large outside patio area with private pool, sun lounges, outside dining table, and comfy seating area. An external staircase takes you up to the large roof terrace with beautiful sea and mountain views. On the terrace level there is a further sitting room (perfect ‘hang-out’ area for teenagers!).
