Ground Floor – Villa Manila
The villa is entered via an intercom system and once inside, the large floor to ceiling glass windows on all sides give a wonderful spacious feel and take advantage of the stunning views.
A light and airy open plan living area is tastefully decorated with a well-equipped kitchen incorporating an integrated oven, microwave, dishwasher, large fridge-freezer, coffee machine, kettle, UK toaster and water cooler, plus an island with 4 bar stools. Mirrored cupboards along one wall cleverly conceal a washing machine, iron and ironing board.
A glass wall and pillar separate the stylish dining area with table and chairs which comfortably seats 8 people. This leads onto the lounge with large L-shaped sofa positioned so that it takes full advantage of the views, with coffee table and smart TV. Large sliding doors lead out onto the pool terrace. On this level there is also a guest WC, and the villa has wi-fi and is air-conditioned throughout.
A unique wooden staircase (no handrail) leads up to the first floor.

Dedicated to three generously sized double en-suite bedrooms, all of which share the same stunning sea views. Bedrooms 1 and 2 have open plan en-suites which are tastefully hidden, and bedrooms 2 and 3 share a balcony.

A further staircase (no handrail) leads up to the second floor which is dedicated to the double open plan en-suite master bedroom. Sliding glass doors lead onto a long balcony spans the length of the bedroom with wonderful sea views, and off the landing a door leads onto the large roof terrace with kitchenette and sofa seating, and the terrace joins up with the balcony. Perfect for those wanting a little more privacy.

The huge wrap around pool terrace is simply breath-taking, and an outstanding feature to this stylish villa offering amazing sea views from all areas. An infinity pool (with safe edge) measuring 12m x 5m (1.6m deep) contains a jacuzzi at one end with seating for 8 people, and there is also a large shallow step area to suit younger children.
There are 8 rattan sunbeds with side tables and 2 large wind out parasols, but the star of the show has to be the large swing seat with canopy, big enough to accommodate all the family. There is also an outdoor shower
To the side a large, covered kitchen/bar area can be found which includes built in bbq, pool table, table tennis and dart board. The area is complemented by a beautifully lush planted garden area, giving a fresh feel. Rattan table and chairs and sofa seating comfortably accommodate 8 people for alfresco dining and relaxing.
There is private parking for 2 cars under a covered pergola at the entrance to the property.
