The villa is cleverly designed with upper and lower levels of garden which provide private areas for a larger group. On entrance there is an open plan kitchen and living room area with internal dining room. This floor also has 2 bedrooms (one of which is ensuite). There is another shared bathroom on this floor
The luxury fully fitted kitchen is conveniently located near the spacious internal dining area which has direct access to the outside deck through a glass door, making it simple to cater for outside dinners.
Downstairs on the lower garden floor is a second living room area with billiard pool table, a sauna and seperate laundry room. There are 2 bedrooms located on this floor, one of which is again an ensuite. Both bedrooms have private exits to the garden.
