Ground Floor

The modern kitchen is fully equipped with all the essential appliances, including a refrigerator, dishwasher, oven, hob, microwave oven and kettle and has an adjacent dining table, which comfortably seats six.
An area adjacent to the living space is dedicated to guests' leisure and entertainment. The facilities here include a sauna, a Turkish bath, and a games area equipped with table tennis and table football.
The first bedroom can also be found on the ground floor and offers direct access to the pool terrace through sliding glass doors. The room features a king size bed and an en-suite shower room.

A staircase leads to the first-floor landing where the unheated indoor pool can be found. Entered by means of four steps this is some 3 x 2 metres and has a depth of 95 cm.
