Ground Floor – Villa Ada
With open plan living and a cool feel, the fully fitted modern kitchen incorporates an integrated electric oven, microwave, gas hob, dishwasher, fridge freezer, filter coffee machine, kettle and Turkish toaster. There is an indoor dining area with table and 6 chairs plus highchair, and adjacent is a comfortable lounge with huge L-shaped sofa and smart TV.
Sliding doors lead out onto a terrace which has a dining area set beneath a covered pergola, built in BBQ, and sofa seating with fantastic sea views.
A double en-suite bedroom can also be found on this level with black glass doors leading into the en-suite, and a jacuzzi with picture window and sea views. This room also has a massage chair, cot, and access onto a balcony with good sea views.
On this level there is also a guest WC, and utility area with washing machine, iron and ironing board.
Lower Ground Floor – Villa Ada
Stairs lead down from the lounge to a rather unique area which incorporates an indoor pool with jacuzzi seating measuring 3 x 7m (1m deep), sauna, Turkish bath, pool table and table football game. The indoor pool also has doors which open onto the outdoor pool terrace if desired. A great space for all the family.
Also on this level are 2 further en-suite bedrooms, 1 double and 1 twin bedroom. Both have floor to ceiling glass doors which overlook the indoor pool and out onto views across Kalkan.

Sliding doors from the indoor pool /games room lead onto the outdoor pool terrace which features a private pool measuring 5 x 13m (1.5m deep) with a separate jacuzzi/children’s pool, pretty bridge over the pool, shallow platform in the pool for sunbeds plus a circular swing over the pool. The terrace is well equipped with 6 sunbeds, side tables, comfortable seating, a swing seat for 2 people, and great sea views. There is also a covered pergola, built in BBQ and an outdoor shower. Through a rear door the garden can be found which has a table tennis game
