Villa Abriana is a large 4 bedrooms 5 bathroom villa with plenty of space both outside and in. The villa is raised above ground level and is accessed by approximately 10-15 steps to the pool level. Inside, the living areas are open space with a separate, spacious lounge area overlooking the pool and doors directly to the poolside. The flatscreen TV is a smart TV, so you can access your Netflix account and the internet from it. The dining area with table and 6 chairs, is adjacent to the modern kitchen with all appliances such as fridge freezer, dishwasher, microwave (washing machine is upstairs), water cooler and even a tassimo coffee machine. Doors lead directly outside to the shaded al-fresco dining area, BBQ and large L-shaped pool. Also on the ground level is a separate WC plus large double en-suite bedroom with floor to ceiling doors leading outside. On the first floor is a twin en-suite bedroom, plus double en-suite. Both bedrooms share a large balcony terrace. On the second floor is the master double en-suite, opening out onto an L-shape large balcony terrace (currently shown as a slatted roof in main photo). On the landing outside the master bedroom is a second water cooler and washing machine. Outside the pool is L shaped, and surrounded by sunbathing terraces plus table and 6 chairs for outside dining, with the upstairs terrace providing welcome shade. The villa has a flat screen TV, wifi and safes in all bedrooms and is well equipped.
