Positive: Location: amazing in high end part of Istanbul. Next door to Chanel and LV, opposite Prada. Walking distance to lots of restaurants and boutiques Rooms : high end boutique penthouse apartments style. Flawless and great interior design Food: very good but priced accordingly Service: saved the best until last - the staff. Absolutely amazing service, on par with four seasons (which is the highest compliment I can give). Butler / concierge service welcoming a few days prior over WhatsApp and left juices and amenities ready in the room as we requested. Went above and beyond to accommodate us - even found me a local padel court and coach to play with by ringing around for me. Our stay was 10/10 - couldn’t recommend enough
