Positive: My girlfriend and I had an excellent experience at the Susesi resort over our 8-night stay there. The deluxe room was large and very comfortable, the food was generally very good and diversified, with different cuisines every night, the (alcoholic and non-alcoholic) beverages served at the bars were also very good and offered many options, the facilities available in the resort (outdoor sports, gym, swimming pools, game room etc.) were numerous such that we did not have any reason to leave the hotel throughout our stay. Most importantly, all the staff members were amazingly kind, friendly and helpful, and they accommodated all our needs, including an early check-in and a late check-out, which made our vacation even better and that we really appreciated.

Negative: The free wi-fi service often did not provide a stable connection, at least in our room and some other areas, however the mobile data connection was good throughout the resort so we did not view this as an issue.

Summary: We had an amazing holiday at the resort and we look forward to coming back here someday.
