This is a beautifully designed and spacious 3-bedroom property built over 4 floors. Located in the Kiziltas area of Kalkan completed in 2021. Finished to an extremely high standard the Villa comes complete with a cinema room, gym, sauna and indoor heated swimming pool. and offers wonderful views over Kalkan and out towards Kalkan Bay especially from the villa's roof terrace.
Entry level
The villa is accessed through a gate at street level and then up steps to the pool terrace and the front door which leads into an open plan living/kitchen dining areas all fully equipped for your holiday needs and finished to a high standard with luxurious furnishings and fittings
There is also a cloak room and a cupboard with a safe for guests' use and storage for suitcases.
Lower ground floor:
This floor features a cinema room that has a large screen with Bluetooth sound bar plus lots of comfy chairs and cushions to sit on. There is a kitchenette just across the hallway with sink, fridge, 2 bar stools and a popcorn and candy floss making machines to make the cinema experience complete!
Also on this level is an air-conditioned gym with TV, treadmill, bike and Pilates mats and balls. Across from this is the sauna and a shower room with basin and WC. The indoor pool can be heated, but also has air-conditioning, 3 sun-loungers and access to a balcony with 2 chairs and a table.
First floor:
On this floor, you will find two bedrooms - the master with its own dressing area, ensuite shower room with twin basins and a Jacuzzi bath within the room itself. There is also a swing seat and private balcony with 2 chairs and table with views towards Kalkan harbour.
The twin bedroom next door can be made into a double on request and this has a built-in chaise lounge, ensuite shower room and private balcony with two chairs and a table to enjoy the sea and mountain views.
At the top of the stairs is a utility room with a washing machine, clothes airer, ironing board and iron for guests' use.
Second floor (roof terrace):
On this level is a double bedroom with a freestanding bath within the room and a separate ensuite shower. Sliding doors lead on to the roof terrace which features a wooden pergola and a further seating area on a wooden platform from which to admire the views across the bay to the islands. There is also a fridge with sink and small bar with two stools - the perfect spot to enjoy the wonderful sunsets
Outside space:
The infinity pool has an integral Jacuzzi and steps leading into the water. The pool also has a shallow area with 4 sun-loungers and 2 tables set within the pool. a further two sun loungers with shading pool side, plus a dining table with 6 chairs. The built in BBQ also has a sink and preparation area provided, to enable cooking and eating al-fresco. The
garden at the back of the villa offers a cool green space complete with fruit trees. There is also an outside shower and hanging basket chair to curl up in.
