It has 3 double bedrooms, 2 of which are twin rooms with the master being a double with an ensuite shower room. All rooms have air-conditioning, wardrobes (with plenty of hangers), drawers and mirrors with the 2 larger rooms having a dressing table each . The downstairs is open plan where there is a fully fitted kitchen, dining area and lounge with comfortable seating complete with sky TV, DVD player with a huge selection of dvd's to choose from, a bluetooth sound system,wifi and a small book library. There is also a downstairs wc. The villa has a large private garden area which is fully enclosed by a wall and gates. The garden and pool enjoy the sun from sunrise until sunset. There is an undercover terrace with tables and chairs which provides shade all day and a brick built barbecue. Sun loungers, tables, chairs and shades are provided. The villa is set in a quiet peaceful location with stunning views of the mountains yet is only a 3 minute walk to the beach. All areas are easily accessible by Dolmus and the local cheap taxis. There is a 24 hour management company on hand for any emergencies or queries and we have our renters permit.
