Villa Husam in the Ortaalan region of Kalkan, is a spacious, recently renovated four bedroomed villa with both a games room and cinema room, making it ideal for either one or two families or group of friends wanting to holiday together. Being located an easy 10 - 15 minutes' walk to the centre, it is also a good choice for guests not wishing to hire a car during their stay. The spacious lounge area opens directly onto a lovely private, immaculately maintained large mature garden and pool area. Natural shade is provided by an oasis of olive trees with open views towards the magnificent Taurus mountains and across Kalkan Bay. For anyone wanting privacy from neighbours Villa Husam provides exactly that. Each bedroom has access to a sea view balcony, and at the top of Villa Husam there’s a couple of fabulous sea view roof terraces, accessed from either the small kitchenette or twin bedroom, with a couple of sun loungers so guests can soak in the magnificent sea views and sunshine at the same time.
Ground Floor (Entrance Level)
The Entrance to the villa is down a few steps to the ground floor level. To the left of the entrance there is a large games room, equipped with table tennis, table football and a dart board, as well as a bar area and fridge, plus a sofa for those guests just wanting to spectate.
The first bedroom is also located on this floor. It is a spacious double bedroom with a sea view balcony, and has a very large jacuzzi/ whirlpool bath as well as an en-suite shower room.
Lower Ground Floor (Pool Level)
The lower ground floor can be reached by either an internal flight of steps, or alternatively by steps located next to the on-street parking area.
A large lounge area with views of the gardens and pool, has a large L-shaped sofa and two armchairs, is located here. Additionally, there is a coffee table and a flat screen TV which has some English-speaking channels. The pool terrace can be accessed via double doors from the lounge.
On the same floor there is a large kitchen/dining room. The kitchen is well-equipped and has a breakfast bar and 2 stools, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, microwave, gas hob, oven, sandwich maker, kettle, toaster and water cooler. The dining area is spacious and has seating for 8 guests, and direct access to the pool terrace.
A utility room is located adjacent to the kitchen and is equipped with a washing machine, dryer, ironing board, iron and airer.
The cinema/projection room is also located on this floor. With is large scatter cushions and projection system it provides a great space for guests wishing to escape from the sun or just relax.
There is also a separate shower room on this level.
First Floor:
The second and third bedrooms are located on this floor. Both are doubles and have alcove windows leading to a balcony with 2 chairs and a small table that can either be used inside or out. Each have their own en-suite shower rooms and stunning sea views. In addition to this one of them has a beautiful circular jacuzzi/whirlpool bath, that can be enjoyed whilst also soaking up the view.
Second Floor:
The fourth bedroom is located on this floor. It has twin beds and an en-suite shower room. One wall is fully-glazed to maximize the panoramic sea views, and opens onto a small roof terrace with a couple of sun loungers.
There is also a small kitchenette area with sink that is next to another larger roof terrace area, which is a great area to watch the sunset or early morning sunrise.

Outside, the villa boasts a large private terrace with a pool, within a beautiful mature garden. The pool itself is some 8 x 4 metres in dimensions, and has a depth of 1.6 metres.
There are plenty of areas to sunbathe on with eight sun loungers and four large parasols for those who enjoy the shade. Plus, plenty of different areas to find peace and quiet, including a beautiful green area to one side of the villa and a mature garden with a comfortable seating area.
In addition, a dining table and 8 chairs are provided, as well as an outdoor shower which has been cleverly created from an olive tree on the terrace. For those who enjoy cooking outside, there’s a BBQ too.
The stunning roof terrace is the perfect place to relax and enjoy the most beautiful of sunsets. A fridge is available to make sure you have cold drinks available to sip whilst taking in the sunsets.
