Built over 3 levels the first floor comprises of a large open plan Lounge/Kitchen and dining area, the kitchen is fully equipped with all the necessities you would need and includes work top griddle/grill, ice maker, double fridge freezer, double microwave, double oven & hob, kettle and toaster with breakfast bar including cooking facilities, the lounge has large comfortable seating and features a Flat screen 55" 3D TV with DVD/CD Player (English movie news channels) and direct access to the pool terrace, the first floor also has the first of 6 bedrooms (Twin en-suite) and a games rooms with table tennis table
The second floor has the master bedroom plus 2 double bedrooms all are en-suite with king size beds
The third floor has the further two bedrooms, one twin and one double both en-suite
Kalkan centre is only 3-4 min drive or 20 min downhill walk, if choosing to walk its recommended to use the local dolmus bus or taxi for return
