Beautiful 3-bedroom detached villa with private pool, and a pretty garden. Set over 3 floors. Located in the Kiziltas area of Kalkan the villa comfortably accommodates up to six guests. It has a good-sized pool terrace, a courtyard style rear garden which has everything you need for alfresco living and dining, The villa is within easy walking distance down to the Thursday market and town centre. Air-conditioning and Wi-Fi is provided throughout.
Ground Floor
The open plan living area is a good size easily accommodating 6 guests comfortably. There is a well-equipped kitchen with built-in oven, microwave, gas hob, dishwasher, fridge freezer, washing machine, kettle, with dining table and chairs. The lounge area has two large sofas and coffee table, smart TV and TV unit. The lounge opens out onto the pool terrace and overlooks the pool with views over Kalkan and out to the sea.

First Floor
The first floor has two equal size en-suite bedrooms, a double and a twin. Both have air- conditioning and a balcony. The front facing bedroom has a furnished balcony with table and chairs and lovely sea views. The rear bedroom overlooks the garden and BBQ area and has mountain views

The top floor has the master double bedroom with en-suite shower room. It enjoys a generous sized balcony and has the best sea views of all which maximises the panoramic Kalkan Sea views, perfect for enjoying an evening drink whilst relaxing and taking in the beautiful sunsets.
