Positive: Me and my dad booked 2 rooms for 7 nights, we firstly were greeted by Aysenur who was helpful throughout our stay and answered all our questions when checking in, the property felt safe, clean and comfortable for our needs, we had come for a few nights not touristically but to see a doctor nearby and some friends so the location did not affect us for our stay, it actually met all our needs. There 3 cleaning ladies who came to clean our rooms, zaynab, and unfortunately the other two i didn’t get their names but were helpful and accommodating to our needs, i also frequently used the in room service for the meals that i didn’t wish to leave the hotel for and the kitchen room service team was very good in meeting all my needs the only thing was id say the fruit plate needed to improve for that price point BUT everything else was amazing and of a great standard and as someone who previously worked in a hotel in London, i can confirm this was an overall very great stay and an easy 9.5/10

Negative: the only issue i had was the room service team would occasionally (2x) not bring change to the room for an extra tip BUT that did not hinder the experience for me as the kitchen staff on the phone and the ones preparing the food did a great job… but, i did think it was a little impolite as in our culture tips are given as a sign of gratitude for going the extra mile but not as a compulsory for doing your job.

Summary: Great hotel, Great Staff & we will be back :)
