Positive: I was extremely satisfied with my stay at this hotel. From the very first moment I arrived, the warm, friendly, and professional attitude of the staff made me feel truly welcome. From check-in to check-out, everyone was helpful, polite, and solution-oriented. I would especially like to thank Haso, Elmo, Kerem, Oğuz, Minna, Vildan, Sude, and Sema. All of them were very kind, attentive, and professional. Kerem Bey in particular really stood out with his personal attention to guests, his helpfulness, and his friendly attitude. Employees like him truly raise the overall quality of a hotel. The room was very clean and well-organized. The beds were extremely comfortable, and I honestly had one of the best nights of sleep I’ve had in a long time. The room was quiet, comfortable, and well-maintained, which made my stay even more enjoyable. The overall atmosphere of the hotel was peaceful and relaxing. I felt at home throughout my stay. In terms of value for money, it exceeded my expectations. If I ever visit again, I would definitely choose this hotel without hesitation. I highly recommend this hotel to everyone. Many thanks to the entire team for such a pleasant and memorable stay.
