Positive: The place was in a good location and fair value for money

Negative: The place needs renovation, there are a number of small things that made our stay a bit less quality, such as bad flooring, broken tiles in the bathroom, non-existent room to room soundproofing (could hear clearly the tv from the next room from the bed), very small bedroom, stained or uncleaned corners / floors

Summary: Fine for a small stay for a purpose, not entirely comfortable for longer stays
