The beautiful 5 bedroom villas is located in the Kiziltas district of Kalkan and is literally a 10 minutes max. walk to the centre. Set on the hillside it has uninterrupted panoramic views out across Kalkan Bay.
The accomodation is on four floors, with a spacious open plan lounge / kitchen dining area on the ground floor opening directly on to the pool terrace. Here there is the stunning infinity pool, (7 x 4 meters depth 1.6 metres), 8 sunloungers, an outdoor dining area with adjacent BBQ, and a comfortable seating area , all from which guests may soak in the panoramic views.
The first and second floors each have two bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms, all with sea views and balconies. Three of these bedrooms are furnished with double beds and one with twin beds. On the top floor there is a beautiful double bedroom, (with en-suite bathroom), which opens on to the magnificent roof terrace. There is a basic table and chair set on this terrace.
The property is well-equipped and tastefully furnished with everything guests will need, including a covered parking area and wifi internet. It is an ideal property for guests not wishing to hire a vehicle whilst on holiday.
The nightly rates shown are based on a minimum of 7 nights occupancy. Accordingly please note that for reservations of 5 nights or less there is an additional charge of 6500 Turkish Lire for cleaning of the villa , payable in cash on arrival .
