This property is a luxurious, contemporary and beautifully designed 5 bedroom Villa, (three double and two twin), sleeping 10, located just above the sophisticated resort town of Kalkan. The elevated peaceful location affords spectacular views, overlooking Kalkan, the stunning turquoise waters of Kalkan Bay, its islands and beyond to the horizon of the Mediterranean Sea.
The living area is open plan with air conditioning throughout, and beautifully decorated. The contemporary kitchen is fully equipped and has a stylish breakfast bar with stools . Next to this is the dining area for six . The adjacent lounge area has large comfortable sofas, coffee table and a flat screen satellite TV. On this floor, just about the entire front of the Villa has floor to ceiling sliding patio windows, making the most of the panoramic views from inside and providing access to the large terrace area with outdoor furniture and BBQ, perfect for dining alfresco or just relaxing with a pre-dinner drink and taking in the views before going out for the evening.
All 5 bedrooms are air conditioned and have an en-suite, with walk in shower. The master bedroom also has the added luxury of a Jacuzzi bath and a flat screen tv. All bedrooms are air conditioned and have a private balcony or a terrace to outdoor space, with outdoor furniture. For your convenience there is a washing machine, clothes horse, washing basket, iron and ironing board.
Air conditioning throughout is also used for heating in the cooler months.
The large private infinity pool (approx 45m2) has a large terrace with sunbeds, parasols and a swing. The upper terrace can be accessed from any part of the living area via floor to ceiling patio windows. The outdoor seating area, dining furniture and BBQ is perfect for dining alfresco and taking in the views before going out for the evening.
The lower terrace can be accessed from anywhere outside or through patio doors from bedrooms 4 and 5. Private parking is available directly outside the Villa. As the Villa is large (approx. 250m2) it offers a great deal of space and privacy and is popular with both families and groups holidaying together. There is a grocers shop some 150 - 200 metres from the villa where guests may purchace their daily essentials.
