Fully air-conditioned throughout, this spacious property offers: 4 Large bedrooms comfortably sleeping up to 8 guests, the master bedroom boasts a super Emperor four poster style bed, the next bedroom has a Queen bed and there are 2 twin bedrooms, one of which can be configured to a King bed. All first and top floor rooms have a private balcony or terrace, all with sea views. All 4 bedrooms have the convenience of their own en-suite bathrooms.

Our fully fitted kitchen provides a large breakfast bar and modern appliances including: cooking hob, oven, grill, microwave, large fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine and a 19 litre chilled bottled water drinking dispenser.
Outside, you can spend your day lounging or dipping in the sun drenched swimming pool. The pool is family friendly with a shallow end and walk-in steps and heated for the cooler months. A shaded canopy shelters a teak furnished dining area that seats 8 people with the benefit of a feature built marble BBQ. The poolside terrace also provides a comfortable outdoor sofa; a peaceful shaded reading area to retreat from the sun or the perfect place to enjoy a morning coffee, read a book or simply relax.
On the top floor is a beautiful roof terrace with a traditional style Turkish seating area, 2 egg chairs and dining table which looks out at the breath-taking views of Kalkan and the bay. This is most of our guests' favourite place to sit and relax for pre-dinner drinks, watching the sun set before heading to town, or after a night in town, relaxing watching the moonlight dance across Kalkan Bay.
Villa Lucia is set in lovely sub-tropical gardens with a secluded Turkish style seating area amongst a variety of mature palm, banana & citrus trees. Mediterranean flowers including vibrant Bougainvillea, sweet smelling Jasmine & Melissa, and potted geraniums all contributing towards a 'truly romantic setting'.
