Villa Lilia is a large 4-bedroom air-conditioned villa close to the centre of Kalkan, and by Regency Hotel. The centre is an easy 10 minutes’ walk. A modern villa, with some Ottoman style furnishings as a gentle reminder that you are in Turkey. Each double bedroom has a large covered terrace balcony with sunbeds, plus there’s a lovely sea view roof terrace and kitchenette, where you can sit outside and watch the sun come up each morning. Olive groves make a lovely neighbour to the side of the property.
From the road, there is a gated garage, and separate gated entrance to the villa, with 25 steps to the front door and pool level.
Ground Floor – Air conditioned.
Upon entering Villa Lilia, the open place space is split level between the light and airy lounge area and kitchen/diner. The lounge has an L-shaped sofa, flat screen TV with HDMI entrance and DVD player, and sliding full length windows opening out onto the pool terrace.
Up the few steps to the kitchen area which has all the appliances you would expect, including dishwasher, fridge-freezer, oven, hob, microwave, water cooler plus table and chairs to seat 8. The washing machine is housed in an alcove cupboard off the ground floor WC.
First Floor – all bedrooms are air-conditioned.
On the first floor of Villa Lilia is a large double en-suite bedroom, with a covered balcony/terrace approximately 4m x 3m. It has 2 sunbeds, table and 2 chairs. There is a safe in this room.
The twin En-suite has a side balcony and overlooks the olive groves.
Second Floor – Villa Lilia. All bedrooms are air-conditioned.
Here there is a lovely large split level master bedroom. The bedroom opens out onto the sea view 4m x 3m (approx.) balcony/terrace. Up a few steps off the bedroom is the dressing area with full length mirror, and off that is the large bathroom with double sinks, shower cubicle and corner jacuzzi bath. It is even air-conditioned!
Top Floor – Villa Lilia. All bedrooms are air conditioned.
At the top of the stairs is a small kitchenette area, which is a great addition as this is on the roof terrace level. There is a fridge-freezer and sink, plus a separate shower room which the second of the twin bedrooms which is on this level uses.
A door from the kitchenette leads to the roof terrace which is slightly bigger than the bedroom balconies below. There’s a built-in shaded seating area, table and 6 chairs. Why not bring one of the sunbeds up here and take advantage of the full sea view and sunny aspect.

Off the lounge area is the pool and poolside terraces, which has some sea and olive grove views. The pool is accessed by built-in steps, and is approximately 5m wide at the widest point and 2m wide at the narrowest x 8m long.
There surrounding terraces have 5 mesh style sun-loungers, 2 parasols, and a table and chairs for al-fresco dining to seat 8. There is also a brick-built BBQ at the side of the house.
