Villa has this year (2024) had a complete refit and remodel of the bedrooms/ensuite bathrooms and is fully compliant with the new rental licence requirements, fire alarms in each room, fire extinguishers, fire blanket, fire escape signs and plans for each floor.
New larger ensuite bathrooms with rain showers and all new fixtures and fittings. The bedrooms are now located on individual floors, more space and have all new furnishings, walk in wardrobes and private balcony's with seating with the most amazing views.
The villa located in Kalkan in a quiet and elevated position offering fabulous views across the Mediterranean Coastline and surrounding Taurus Mountains. The villa is ideally situated within easy reach of the regions many historical sites and areas of natural beauty as well as Kalkan's wonderful array of quality restaurants, 15 to 20 minute walk or a few minutes drive or taxi ride away. The villa also benefits from a group of local shops, Bim/Kanga super market, restaurant, patisserie and sunday market all within a 5 minute walk. The villa can accommodate up to 4 guests plus a baby cot and is stylishly furnished for your comfort and enjoyment.
The ground floor comprises of an open plan living and dining area with fully fitted and equipped kitchen with breakfast bar seating area and dining table. The lounge area has a smart TV (disney plus, YouTube etc), bluetooth speaker, water cooler with air-conditioning and ceiling fan. On the same level you will find a downstairs toilet and outside utility room with washing machine facility.
On the 1st floor there is a large family bedroom (2 single beds or 1 large king bed) and sofa area. There room has a walk in wardrobe and ensuite shower room with rain shower, bidet style toilets, mirror and closet. The larger of both bedrooms which also has a private balcony area with seating wuth amazing views overlooking Kalkan town, bay and islands.
On the second floor you will find the second bedroom, double bed again with walk in wardrobe and ensuite shower room with rain shower, bidet style toilets, mirror and closet. thus room also has a lovely private balcony with 2 outside sofas. with amazing views of Kalkan town, bay and Islands.
Outside is the Poolside area with 4 sunbeds and 2 umbrella's., good sized pool 4.35metres by 7 metres and 135 -145cm deep. There is a lovely established garden with sweet smelling jasmine and Melissa plants to help keep the mosquito away. There is an raised outside covered garden room, fully enclosed with glass where the doors slide back to open fully. Inside there is a large dining table, chairs, sofa area with bbq and prep area. For those coming at the beginning and end of season you can also enjoy the use of our log burning fire for those cooler evenings.
If you have young children (baby) and require a travel cot, baby chair, booster chair or buggy we can happily provide those for you at no extra charge. We live locally so we are always at hand to help you enjoy your holiday time in beautiful Kalkan.
