Positive: Excellent location - near the ferry terminal and to various shopping streets. There are many cafes, restaurants and small supermarkets around so food is easy to find. The room was very spacious for 3 adults. Very clean too! They also provided snacks, coffee and tea and changed our towels everyday! The staff are friendly and very helpful. We wanted to leave our large suitcase at the reception because it was too heavy to carry upstairs but the staff offered to carry it up to our room for us!

Negative: Absolutely nothing.
