This extremely spacious and modern, luxury duplex apartment was completed in 2017 and is ideally situated in the exclusive lower Kiziltas area of Kalkan. It is only a 13 minute walk downhill to the centre of Kalkan village and harbour, where taxi's are easily available to return, if you wish to save your legs. Its elevated position offers amazing see views from each floor.
Hayal apartment has a bright & airy feel throughout thanks to the floor to ceiling glass doors. It is equipped to a high standard with Wifi throughout and is fully air conditioned.
This stunning apartment also benefits from a large private infinity pool, long enough for a decent swim with roman steps for easy access.
