Located in a relatively quiet area of Kalamar Bay in Kalkan, Villa Poyraz offers the contemporary architecture and light filled open plan living that is in strong demand for Kalkan holidays. Much of the ground and first floor frontage is of glass which connects the living area with the sea and mountain views to spectacular effect. The villa accommodates up to 8 guests in 4 en-suite bedrooms and offers plenty of well furnished outside space to enjoy the Kalkan climate. The property is around 10 minutes walk from the Kalamar Bay beach club, and 20-25 minutes walk from Kalkan's old town dining, shopping and the beach. The villa is air-conditioned throughout and there is WiFi internet access available for guest use.
The majority of the ground floor area consists of the open plan living space, with its lounging and dining areas plus a well-equipped kitchen .lThe full length glazing maximizes the good sea views from here. There is also a double bedroom with en-suite bathroom, (with jacuzzi), on this floor which as partial sea views and direct access to the pool terrace.
The other bedrooms, (two double and one twin), are located on the first floor. These all have sea views and en-suite bathrooms. The double bedrooms also have balconies, and one has a jacuzzi.
The generous outdoor living space wraps around the property, providing a variety of spaces for guests to relax, dine and sunbathe. The garden space located at the side of the property is equipped with a stone-built BBQ and facilities for al fresco dining.
The pool itself is some 13 by 3.5 metres in dimensions and has a depth of 1.85 metres. There is also a jacuzzi section to the pool, from where guests can relax and soak in the sea views whillst enjoying the hydro-massage feature. This pool can also be heated during the low season , making it an ideal choice for those guests staying during the cooler months of the season. The charge for this is £250 per week. There is also an open fireplace for the use of guests at this time too.
The popular Kalamar Beach Club (with its restaurant facilities, water sports and diving school) are just a 10 minute walk away and Kalkan's old town dining, the beach and shopping are around 20-25 minutes walk. Local shops and bars are around 10 minutes walk away.
This villa can also be booked alongside its sister , which is the neighbouring property, and the two would be great for larger families or groups of friends who are on holiday together but would still like privacy of their own villas. There is a short path with a gate between the two villas which is locked, but can be opened to connect the pool terraces.
The nightly rates shown are based on a minimum of 7 nights occupancy. Accordingly please note that for reservations of 5 nights or less there is an additional charge of 6000 Turkish Lire for cleaning of the villa , payable in cash on arrival .
