Summary: Here is my full experience: When we first walked in the room smelled like cigarettes and the window was open for that reason. There were not rails on the window and it was wide enough for someone to come in. The cleanliness is mid tier. You get what you pay for this in this situation. The first room we had had a broken toilet seat, trim mounding that was broken, and unclean sheets. We demanded another room and they let us change the next day.
