This lovely villa is located in the most exclusive location in Ovacik and is set in a tranquil and secluded location with spectacular mountain views and is ideal for those looking for a quiet location in the foothills of the Babadag Mountain. Whilst a perfect retreat for those wanting to be in a quiet location yet situated not far from the resort in Hisaronu and bus routes taking you to the beach at Oludeniz or into the main town centre of Fethiye. On a clear day you can see the Greek Island of Rhodes. The villa is located only a 10 minute walk (3 minutes driving) from the main town and less than a 10 minute drive to Oludeniz famous for its Blue Lagoon beach. The villa is detached and spacious and has been furnished, maintained and decorated to a high standard throughout. Air conditioning throughout. The accommodation is spread out over three floors and comprises of four double bedrooms, two bathrooms, downstairs is an open plan living room/dining and kitchen with a downstairs toilet. The Kitchen is fully fitted with breakfast bar, cooker, fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, toaster, microwave and full range of cooking utensils and cutlery. The lounge/dining area has a flat screen TV, Satellite system, DVD player, independent water cooler, Wi-Fi, two comfortable sofas, light furnishings, dining table and an open fireplace. Patio doors leading to a large veranda with table and chairs for outside dining or relaxing and watching the sun setting behind the mountains. Leading straight down from the veranda a private pool surrounded by a large sunbathing terrace with sun-beds and built in barbecue area for those lovely summer evenings. There are three good size bedrooms on the first floor, two of which share a large terrace boasting fantastic pool and mountain views. The third floor has a large bathroom with shower.
