This brand new luxurious villa is located in the foothills of the Taurus Mountains in the Kordere district of Kalkan, approximately 6 minutes drive from the centre of Kalkan.
Furnished and equipped to the highest standards, the villa has 4 bedrooms all of which have fabulous sea views, and en-suite bathrooms (with jacuzzis),
The ground floor accomodation comprises of a an open plan lounge/ dining / kitchen area with floor to ceiling glazing to maximise the fabulous views out across Kalkan Bay. This area is fully equipped with state of the art technology , including a 55 inch Smart TV with English, German, Russian and Turkish Channels. In addition to this there is also an electric piano for guests to enjoy.
There is also a twin bedroom on this level, which opens directly on to the pool terrace. This bedroom has a 32 inch LED TV, an en-suite bathroom with jacuzzi bath and rainfall shower. There is also a communal w.c. and utility room on this floor.
There are three bedrooms on the first floor. Two of these hase king size beds (180 x 200cm) and one has a super king size (200 x 100 cm), this last bed can also be made up as two single beds. All three bathrooms have 32 inch TVs, sea view balconies, and en-suite bathroom with jacuzzi baths and separate rainfall showers.
The outdoor space is stunning and is completely private making this an ideal option for those guests looking for a high level of privacy, be it for religious or other reasons. The massive pool is some 14 x 4.75 metres, with a submerged seating area with jacuzzi style jets, a children's pool, and a shallow area where sun loungers may be placed. There is an alfresco dining area for 6, 8 sun loungers and a relaxing seating area, all from which guests may soak in the panoramic views across the bay.
The lower floor, adjacent to the parking area for two vehicles, has a games room equipped with a pool table, table football and table tennis.
The villa has parking space, wi-fi internet, safes in the bedrooms, an alarm system and BBQ - basically everything that you could think of.
