This lovely newly renovated villa is located in the Orta Alan district of the popular resort town of Kalkan, and is within reasonably easy walking distance of the town centre, and several popular restaurants.
With an open aspect, the good sized pool has sea and mountain views over Kalkan , and good amount of privacy due to screening around pool
The entrance level on the middle floor is approached by a flight of approximately 15 steps. At this level there is a generous open plan lounge / kitchen / and dining area, which has a balcony and also opens on to the pool terrace. Here there is also an alfresco seating and dining area under the shady pergola, and 2 sunbeds and umbrella by the pool. The pool is a good size and has a depth of approximately 1.5 metres.
The bedroom is located on the upper floor, and has a spacious en-suite bathroom with a beautiful circular jacuzzi with stunning sea views, and a balcony with the same great views.
The villa is fully air-conditioned and has wi-fi internet. There is also a small fitness room located on the ground floor for the use of guests.
