Villa Elmaha is a beautiful, recently refurbished 3 bedroom, fully air conditioned, detached villa. The third bedroom is ideal for children as it has restricted head height. The villa sits in a large garden with 2 other villas on a quiet no through road. The property has 3 en-suite wet rooms plus a downstairs toilet, open plan lounge/diner and fitted kitchen. The villa is fully equipped with bedding, bath and beach towels, washing machine, oven, hob, large fridge freezer and water dispenser (water can be delivered to the villa).
Outside is a large, clover leaf shaped pool shared with 2 other villas in an enclosed large garden planted with a variety of fruit trees. 6 sun loungers are provided by the villa and are for our guests sole use. The villa benefits from a large covered outdoor eating area. In addition to this the Turkish Kosk (cushioned seating area) overlooks the pool and is the ideal place to relax, read a book and escape the sun. The villa is situated on a quiet street, no through road, where free parking is right outside the villa if you decide to hire a car or a moped.
The bustling river front town of Dalyan is reached within a 10 minute walk with its traditional restaurants, bars, cafes, shops and water taxis. The beautiful Iztuzu (Turtle Beach) is a 15 minute Dolmus (bus) ride away or alternatively take a picturesque public boat trip past the Lycian tombs. Day boats are easily booked and great value for money; visit the sulphur springs and the mud baths and stop for a dip in the river or take a trip out to sea to explore the neighbouring coves and beaches.
Dalaman airport only a 30 minute drive. Transfers can be arranged at cost price (approximately £25 each way for up to 6 people). Due to the villas location there really is no need to hire a car.
