2 bedrooms on the first floor (there is a comfortable double bed) .One of the bedrooms is air-conditioned and the other is supported by Fan. There is a wardrobe in both rooms, and the bathroom also has a shower, washing machine, hair dryer in the bathroom. In the bathroom, there is hot water for shower, it works with solar energy, and there is a fast water heater with a water tank (60 lt water tank). If 60 liters of hot water is used, you have to wait about 25-30 minutes for the water to warm up before taking a shower again.

On the second floor, on the terrace floor, there is a large air-conditioned room with an open American kitchen, sitting group and a TV. There is also a sofa bed in the living room, and a small room for crowded families. There are 2 balconies, especially the front balcony, dining table for 6 people and sunbathing for guests who wish. There are 2 floor cushions for the back balcony. There are hangers to hang the clothes you wash on the back balcony, especially in summer, you can dry your clothes for about 30 minutes.

Basic necessities are available in the house. in your open kitchen upstairs; There are basic materials such as refrigerator (Beko brand), washing machine, mini oven, stovetop, wide range of kitchen tools and equipment (pots, pans, teapots, etc.), kettle. Therefore, you can shop for groceries and prepare your own food in this section.

Bed products such as extra blankets, piques, extra pillows are available in Wardrobes.
There is a desk, a full length mirror, a hanger for your clothes and a dirty basket.
Finally; bed linen, pillowcases, piquets, towels will be delivered to you in a clean way.

As house rules;
The "attentive" use of household items during the stay is enough for us. As a result, an item may be damaged, but in this case, we expect you to inform us. This is not for a fee claim; It is important for our next guests to take precautions. Also, there are people staying in the buildings around the house, so I kindly request that no noise is made after 22:00 midnight.

This is clearly what I can offer you, when you come, you will not see anything extra different about the house other than the positive or negative situations I mentioned. I could not mention the negative parts and only highlight the positive aspects, but ultimately you will come for a holiday and I don't want to cause a disappointment for your vacation. Our house is used for our personal guests and ourselves. I even live with my family on the lowest ground floor. Apart from that, it is rented in this way for additional income. If you do some price research, you will realize that we have set a very reasonable pricing for such a centrally located, fully furnished "detached apartment" with these amenities.
