Positive: Hotel is new, rooms are nice and comfy and breakfast was good.

Negative: We stayed for 3 days in the beginning and 3 days at the end of our vacation. Every time we 'checked in' we were told that the room is upgraded for us however, it was the same as shown on the booking so no upgrade (could be a trick). The lights of the room is complicated with switches and automatically turned on in the middle of the night. You need to pay a bit more in advance for the room service which you will receive back if you dont use it (it is a bit overpriced). Restaurant was cold (problems with the heating system) as we were with our baby so it was difficult. But thanks to Ibrahim at the restaurant and Serkan from the housekeeping for being very kind and helpful.
