This newly renovated villa is located in the Kishla district of Kalkan and has a capacity of 8 guests. Situated at the top of the hill it is some 400 metres from Kishla Beach and the water taxis that go to and from Kalkan Harbour. The views are enviable, and there is nearly always a gentle sea breeze - very welcome in the heat of the summer.
The ground floor accomodation comprises of a large lounge / dining area , which opens directly on to the pool terrace. This space is linked to the modernised fully-equipped kitchen with a breakfast bar that looks out over the pool. There is a half flight of steps from the lounge to a communal bathroom and the staircase.
The kitchen opens on to a shady dinng area with BBQ where guests can enjoy dining alfreco whilst soaking in the views. The pool is 6.5 x 3.5 metres and has a depth of 1.6 metres. The pool terrace has a shady seating area and sunbeds . The location of the villa, its high position and the use of screens make the pool terrace of this villa very private. Consequently, this villa is suitable for those guests desiring a high degree of privacy, be it for religious or other reasons.
There are two double bedrooms and one twin bedroom on the first floor. These all have sea views and en-suite bathrooms. There is one more twin bedroom on the top floor which has the use of another bathroom acroos the hallway. This bedroom opens on to a large roof terrace, which has amazing panoramic views of the whole Bay - an ideal place to enjoy some very private sunbathing or some pre-dinner drinks whilst watching the sunset.
Guests staying here would not necessarily need the use of a vehicle but it would be desirous to do so. The villa is approximately 2km from the centre of Kalkan. It is possible to walk to the centre but this may a bit arduous in the heat of the summer. There is a reasonably priced taxi service in Kalkan, plus water taxis run from Kishla Beach to the harbour. There are several restaurants nearby and the nearest grocers shop is about 100 metres from the villa.There is parking space adjacent to the villa.
