Villa Kacis is located just behind the D400 in a quiet secluded side street and is 10 to15 min walk down the hill to the old town bars and restaurants.
After undergoing full renovations in 2021, Villa Kacis has been fully modernised whilst retaining its charm and character.
There is a spacious terrace around the large L-shaped private pool with extensive views over Kalkan and the bay. The outdoor area includes a BBQ, pizza oven, table tennis table, and mature gardens. The outdoor dining area seats 8, is seaview facing and fully shaded. There are 2 further shaded balconies on the first floor, both with comfy seating areas and accessible from all the bedrooms.
Head up to the stunning roof-top terrace to enjoy a sundowner and catch the last of the suns rays while enjoying the panoramic views of Kalkan Bay.
Ground Floor:
Spacious open plan living area with a well-equipped kitchen including dishwasher, gas hob and electric oven, coffee machine, toaster, kettle and water cooler. Large L-shaped sofa in front of a coffee table and smart TV. Sliding doors open out to the pool terrace and shaded outside dining area, with seating for 8. There is also an indoor dining table with seating for 8.
The first of the villa’s 4 bedrooms can be found on this level, master bedroom with en-suite shower room. This spacious bedroom has sliding doors opening onto the Pool terrace and views of Kalkan bay. All bedrooms in the villa have spacious wardrobes and dressing tables.
There is a walk-in cupboard by the stairs that houses a washing machine, iron and ironing board.

First Floor:
Three further bedrooms are situated on this level.

This wonderful outside space includes a private bar and fridge so you can enjoy a sundowner before walking into town for dinner.

The villa has an L-shaped pool accessed by steps. The spacious and private terrace area has 8 sunbeds and 2 parasols. There is a covered terraced area with a marble dining table that seats 8. A built-in pizza oven / BBQ can be found in the elevated part of the terraced garden, or a gas BBQ is provided if preferred. A table tennis table is available for guest use.
The beautifully planted mature garden has been thoughtfully landscaped at different levels and the street below can accessed via a convenient gate from the garden.
