Villa Blossom is a delightful 3-bedroom semi-detached villa situated in the Ortaallan area of Kalkan. The villa built over 3 levels has a lovely furnished roof terrace with sea and mountain views over Kalkan Bay, plus a good-sized private pool and terrace furnished with ample sun-loungers and parasols, which is accessed from the living area via sliding doors.
The property has new owners and was recently refurbished for the 2021 summer season with ample modern furnishings to comfortably accommodate up to 6 people
In a convenient location, Kalkans quaint Centre with its array of quirky buildings, harbour and sophisticated shops bars and restaurants is only a short 10 min stroll with a large only 5 mins away

The front door opens into the open plan living space. The living area is furnished with sofa chairs, coffee table and wall-mounted TV.
The modern kitchen area is well-equipped with fridge-freezer, gas hob, electric oven, microwave, washing machine, dishwasher Bosch kettle and toaster.

ground floor). This terrace has a dining table (to seat 6 guests) set beneath a mature olive tree which provides welcome shade.
The roof terrace is the third terrace area – this has great views and comfortable seating, plus
two sun-loungers in a perfect spot to enjoy the spectacular sunsets before heading into town for dinner.
