Positive: We had a fantastic stay. Our flight was delayed and we arrived late after dinner had closed, and there was a problem with the booking.com reservation in their system that assigned us to a smaller room than we’d booked. The staff were incredible and got us the correct room, and a new room after the a/c in the first wasn’t working well. They also got us dinner and made sure we had everything we needed, all at 11pm. The pools and beach were lovely, and the food was incredible. There were tons of activities for kids. Our final room was great, the a/c kept up with the 40 degree heat wave. We would love to come back!

Negative: While there were shades on the beach for the loungers, we’d have loved a shaded area for kids to play in the sand
