Summary: We received a very nice, spacious room with an amazing view. Check-in was quick, and the staff was helpful. Unfortunately, the cleaning service was very disappointing. Sometimes, only one of the two beds was made, and at times, the room was barely cleaned. The hotel is nice, but the issue lies with the staff. Everyone seems tired, and as a guest, you can feel the negative atmosphere among them (snack bar) mostly). The food could be better for a 5-star hotel. The beach is nice, and the animation was okay. Overall, we enjoyed the holiday.
