Positive: The service was good, but nothing exceptional. The staff are attentive and friendly. The fitness area and programs were excellent, and the kids’ club offers a wide variety of activities with good supervision. The location and the views are great!

Negative: A few things were a bit disappointing. The resort is very large and extremely busy during the high season, which is quite noticeable because the grounds are fairly compact considering the number of accommodations. Even in October, which is considered low season, we still had to wait in long queues at the restaurant. Another disappointment was the swimming situation. We stayed in October, and the water was already too cold for comfortable swimming. We also misunderstood the heated pool option—we thought the warmer pool was indoors, but it was still too cold. We later realized there was a heated outdoor pool, but there was no clear information about this anywhere on the property. That said, this may partly have been our own mistake.

Summary: Overall, the experience was satisfactory, but not exceptional.
