Positive: We just got back from Rixos Premium Tekirova. It was an amazing experience, especially with a kid. From the moment we entered the hotel until we checked out the service was perfect. We want to thank the teams who made everything smooth especially Tamerlan and Cem bey, Yagmur and Merve hanim from Guest Relations and Nidal bey from the reception team. The Rixos Premium Tekirova resort is a dream for families with pools, facilities and daily activities that kept our child happy all day. Huge thanks to Sherifa hanim as well. She organized kids shows and mini-discos that our child looked forward to every day. Seeing her energy, warmth and dedication to the kids was beautiful. A big thanks also goes to the Rixi Kids Club team for their great care and enthusiasm. Everyone was helpful, attentive and kind always going out of their way for us. Rixos Premium Tekirova won us over with its grounds, great food and world-class entertainment. We will definitely come back, to Rixos Premium Tekirova!
