Negative: The place is old and definitely not up to 5-star standards. They have safety issues; the bathroom glass door broken on my sister and she cut her hand, yet they didn't give us any compensation. The furniture is old and the wood is cracked everywhere. The pictures give the impression of a garden, but in reality, it's just sun loungers causing overcrowding.
