Located not far from Bodrum's populaer Camel Beach.
On entering Villa Nes you will see a bathroom, a spacious open plan lounge, dining area & kitchen. The lounge has a flat screen TV.
The kitchen leads directly out onto the terrace with a shaded dining and sitting area ... I'm sure this is where you would spend a lot of your time relaxing, watching the pool, taking in the stunning view & sampling some of the wines of the region.
The modern fully equipped kitchen with granite worktop has electric oven and gas hobs (stove tops), microwave, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, kettle and toaster.
Upper floor are the bedrooms. One is with ensuite bathroom and balcony, the other two (one with balcony) are sharing a bathroom together.
All rooms have aircondition.
We take a refundable damage deposit of 300Euro at check-in. İf there is no damage the deposit will be given back at check-out. At check-in the electric meter will be readen, and the usage has to be paid at check-out.
