On the 1st level there are 2 bedrooms (1 with a spacious balcony), 2 bathrooms, a kitchen and a living room (with a big balcony). Summary: The accommodation and grounds itself was lovely - the rooms were well maintained and when we arrived were clean. However, the independent website of the complex (which may need updating) -promised a variety of things including a "shopping centre" which turned out to be an empty room with "market" written on the window. The website also mentions a restaurant and cafe in the grounds, which turned out to be a bar, there was also a significant language barrier between myself and the bar staff, which sometimes made things difficult. It was also mentioned that there is a shuttle bus which runs at regular intervals during the day - on further inspection this was a once a day occurence to a different place each day (and was sometimes more expensive than a taxi). For this reason we decided to rent a car which was definitely necessary as there were no supermarkets, shops, beaches, bars/entertainment etc. within reasonable walking distance. As a town itself Dalaman is very quiet, we ventured out into the town one night to find a bar to have a drink at, to our shock we ended up at not one but two brothels(!) which were advertised as "bars". For this reason we regularly visited other areas like Dalyan, Fethiye etc which we found were lovely areas visit for eating/drinking/activites. The few complaints I have about the apartment itself was; the fuse box kept tripping and turning off the electricity, the tap wouldn't switch onto "shower" mode without being held up which made showering somewhat difficult, and the wifi was painstakingly slow inside the apartments.
