Summary: The hotel has become noticeably worse compared to last year. Towels are old and need replacement. Staff constantly drive electric carts around the property, and guests have to keep stepping aside. At night they even drive without headlights, suddenly appearing out of the dark. The food quality has also declined — some ingredients have been replaced with cheaper ones, and you can really feel the difference.
