Positive: Loved the location and the super friendly staff. The bed was so wide and comfortable, and they even brought us an extra blanket when we asked.The best part was our room — we could actually light the fireplace, which made it so cozy. Plus, we had an amazing view of the valley with all the balloons right from our window! The breakfast was awesome. It’s not a buffet; they set the table specifically for you, which felt very special. The view of the valley during breakfast is just stunning! I also really liked the toiletries (turkish brand Atelier Rebul). The staff were so helpful and kind. Every time we called to ask for water or to help us light the fireplace, they were always very friendly and quick to help. Everything was perfect, highly recommend!
