Located 20km from the seaside resort of Marmaris, the house offers all the calm of the countryside, benefits from the friendliness of the inhabitants of the village and allows you to go to çiflik beach - the most beautiful beach in the region.
The house is located near the center of the village, its café-restaurant and shops. The Friday market allows you to shop without leaving the village.
The panorama of the mountains and the village is splendid. the garden and the terrace offer all the possibilities of rest.
The house was built 14 years ago on a plot of approximately 2000m². On two levels, you will find on the ground floor an entrance with the staircase leading upstairs, an equipped kitchen with 4-burner stove, oven, microwave, washing machine and dishwasher, lounge / dining room, a bathroom-WC and two bedrooms.
Each of the 2 levels is around 80m² and on the second floor you will find a bedroom, toilets and a 50m² terrace.
The master bedroom has a bed for 2 people and the possibility of an extra bed. the second bedroom on the ground floor is equipped with 2 single beds and the upstairs bedroom with 1 bed allows sleeping up to 6 people.
Outside, on either side of the house, you have a shaded and tree-lined side and on the other side, we installed in 2014 a round underground pool 6 meters in diameter. the outskirts developments have just been completed. You can view this using the links on the site (inside and outside the house)
