Summary: The condition of facilities in the room was poor. Bits missing from the jacuzzi, toilet roll holder fell off the wall, shower door hard to shut. Blinds in outdoor area bang against wall in wind (roll them up if windy). No sidelights in main room. Couldn't get onto Netflix sign in. No option for do not disturb on the entrance door. No basic info about kitchen times etc in room. Only one bin (in bathroom). No milk option for tea. View is of run down garden one side and rubble the other.
