Positive: Location was fantastic, air conditioning worked well and the beds comfortable. Pool was nice

Negative: We were asked to go to the reception to collect keys, which was not a problem, they told me that I could send the taxis away as they would help us to the property, that didn’t happen, luckily the taxis were happy to take us there. I was ordered to pay a deposit for damages, now again this is not a problem, but communication before hand would have been good as we had to try and scrape some money together. When we arrived at the villa and asked to check it over, I already saw some issues and was told to take photos and send them over via what’s app, which I did and was told that maintenance would arrive at 1pm the next day. We waited in all day and no sign. The issues we had and was sent across to be rectified were. Toilet not working at all, had to use a bucket to flush it. Another toilet kept running water all night and was sporadic in its use. Disgusting sun bed cushions that were stained all over Hairdryers that did not work and could of caused a fire if we hadn’t noticed Broken chair. The only thing that was rectified was the sun bed cushions. Maintenance turned up on another day to fix the pool hatch which looking at the previous review had been broken since October last year. We allowed them in, but when the dust started and the noise we all left the villa as it was disturbing us, they had all winter to fix that! We mentioned about the toilet issues and hairdryers and they said they would speak to maintenance, no one arrived. We were only here for a week so would have been more of an issue if stayed longer. However, so many issues with this villa, happy to leave a deposit if we break anything but the items were not working before hand and are clearly not checked when they rent the villa to the next people. Had to wait for the villa to be checked over before we left and to get my deposit back, so again showed the problems. Check out is 10.30 but we were not being picked up Until 4, so asked if we could stay until then.
